What are the benefits associated with registering my employee(s) for a Globecon certification?

With a Globecon Institute certification, you ensure each employee's level of competency through Globecon Institute's best-of-class employee education. Our rigorous curricula benchmarks compel your employees to build their knowledge base and self esteem, all while making them more loyal employees to your company.
For example, you may wish to "ramp up" or acquaint new hires with your line of business by Enrolling them for the Foundations of Finance certificate. Once these employees have obtained this certificate and worked with your company for a number of years, you may want to further their skill set and knowledge base with Tools of the Trade certificates. You can elect for employees to pay their own way, be reimbursed as part of your comprehensive employee benefits program, or simply have the fees directly to The Globecon Institute on behalf of your employees. Discounts of various levels are available for groups of employees, depending on the group size and level of certification.
How many hours will each Globecon certification require of my employee(s)?
Time frames vary among certifications and among candidates, but we estimate approximately 200 hours of preparation per certificate. Depending on their work schedules, employees typically devote up to 10 hours per week, oftentimes from home, to their studies towards achieving a Globecon Institute certification.
